
BOOKING POLICY
Time of Booking
When placing your booking you will be required to have a valid credit or debit card on file to secure your service.
No deposit is required at time of booking. Appointments without confirmation and an active card on file are cancelled automatically and made available for others to book.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the appointment time, a 50% cancellation charge will be automatically debited from the card on file.
For cancellations before 48 hours prior to the appointment time no cancellation charge applies.
Late Arrival
In the event of a late arrival where the stylist cannot provide the service, a cancellation fee (if salon is notified) or a no show fee (if the client arrives late with no notice) will be charged back to the available card on file.
No Show
In the event that a client has not arrived for their appointment and has also not called to notify the salon of their absence, a 100% no show fee will be charged back to the card on file.
Reschedule
When rescheduling an appointment within the 48 hour cancellation period, the 50% cancellation charge will be charged back to the card on file.
In the event of a booking fee being charged and funds are not available, clients are unable to secure a future appointment until ALL unpaid monies are paid. Unpaid fees will be automatically reattempted periodically.
