BOOKING POLICY
Children & Additional Guests

For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon. Our environment contains chemicals, hot tools, and sharps within easy reach, and due to ongoing incidents we have introduced this policy to ensure the wellbeing of all clients and staff.

Time of Booking
When placing your booking you will be required to place a 25% deposit.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation, we require 72 hours notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the appointment time, the deposit is forfeited.
For cancellations before 72 hours prior to the appointment time deposit is refunded to the original payment method.

Late Arrival
In the event of a late arrival where the stylist cannot provide the service, the deposit is forfeited and the appointment.
No Show
In the event that a client has not arrived for their appointment and has also not called to notify the salon of their absence, 50% of the total amount will be charged back to the card on file.
Reschedule
When rescheduling an appointment within the 72 hour cancellation period, deposit is forfeited.
In the event of a booking fee being charged and funds are not available, clients are unable to secure a future appointment until ALL unpaid monies are paid. Unpaid fees will be automatically reattempted periodically.

Revisions

To ensure the best outcome and maintain availability for all clients, the following applies:
​
• Where there are concerns with the result of your hair, you must notify the salon within 5 days of your original appointment
​
• Revision appointments must be booked within 5 days of notifying the salon
​
• The revision service must be completed within 10 days of your original appointment
​
• Revision appointments are reserved specifically for you and are treated as a priority booking
​
• Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of a revision appointment will result in the revision being forfeited
​
• Failure to attend a scheduled revision (no show) will forfeit the revision.
​
• If a revision is rescheduled beyond the 10-day window, it is no longer considered a revision and will be charged as a standard service
