The launch of Beauty Blvd brings h.AIRLAB into a private space for every client: somewhere to relax, work or enjoy time to yourself.
A hair appointment can be one of the few parts of the week that is yours. Sometimes you want a conversation and a change of pace. Sometimes you want to open your laptop, read a few pages or simply sit with your thoughts.
With the launch of Beauty Blvd, we have taken h.AIRLAB into a more private space, designed around the way you want to spend that time. It is a new setting for the care and hair work you already know.
A private space for every client.
Privacy is part of the h.AIRLAB experience for all clients. It gives you room to settle into your appointment without feeling that you need to participate in everything happening around you.
You can relax, get a little work done or enjoy some time to yourself while we look after your hair. There is no expectation to fill every quiet moment with conversation. Equally, if a good catch-up is part of what you enjoy about coming in, that belongs here too.
The important thing is that you can tell us what feels good for you. Your appointment should have space for your preferences as well as your hair goals.
Your time can be useful, restful or a little of both.
A colour appointment asks for a few hours in your calendar. We want those hours to feel comfortable. If you are bringing work, let us know what you have planned so we can talk through how it fits around the service.
Hair still needs its own attention: consultation, application, washing and finishing all have a rhythm. Within that, the space gives you more freedom to spend the waiting time in a way that suits you.
For others, the best use of the time is doing very little. Putting the phone away, letting someone else take care of the details and leaving with hair that feels like you can be enough.

Beauty Blvd brings hair, skin, brows, lashes, nails and barbering together at 66 Darling Street in Balmain East. h.AIRLAB has its own place within that setting, with a private experience that lets the hair appointment keep its personal feel.
You can come just for your hair or explore the other stores and packages when it makes sense for your day. We like the idea of giving you more options while keeping your time with us focused on what you need.

The move is about how the appointment feels as much as where it happens. We still begin with your hair, your routine and what you would like to change. Now there is a setting that gives you a little more space around that conversation.
If it has been a while since your last visit, we would love you to see it. Come with a hair plan, a laptop, a book or nothing on your agenda beyond being looked after.
